Successful live demonstrations at SEMICON Japan 2006
Obducat exhibited at SEMICON Japan 2006 (December 6th - 8th) together with the local representative, Canon Marketing Japan.
Great interest was shown from visitors in Obducat’s live demonstration performed on a 6” Nano Imprint Lithography system. There is a clear trend that the customer’s interest in Obducat’s NIL technology is focused on using it for manufacturing purposes.
