Born 1952. Chairman of the Board (working), and member of the Audit, Remuneration and Nomination Committees. Graduate Business Administrator, Mechanical Engineer and Officer in the reserve force. One of the company founders. Henri Bergstrand is a member of the board of European Nano Invest AB (chairman), and other own companies. In parallel with running his own business, Henri Bergstrand has for more than 20 years been engaged as organisational expert by a number of listed companies and other companies, and thus has an extensive and solid background as well as experience of board work, business development, financing and entrepreneurship. Lars Montelius

Professor and Prefect at the Physics Institute, Lund Technical University. Presently Researcher and Teacher of nanoscience, in particular nanotechnology and nanobiotechnics, and part owner of European Nano Invest AB. Werner Uhlmann
Born 1935. Member of the Board and of the Audit and Remuneration Committees. Graduate Business Administrator. Werner Uhlmann is presently self-employed. He is on the board of Malmö Parkerings AB, Tricordia International AB, and Finstar AB Samsung Telecom Europe. He previously worked as Financial Director of Euroc AB and was a member of the Senior Executive Bord of Euroc AB/Scancem AB. Werner Uhlmann has a great deal of experience of economics and finance as well as strategy and management issues in various trades. Member of the Obducat Board since June 2005.
